| Aloha eveyrone=0) I'm in Maui right now enjoying my vacation. I love the beaches, food and shopping here in Maui. I've visited Maui about 6-7 times already so I know this island pretty well. I know where the good food is^___^*! I've been to the other islands as well but Maui just suites me better=0). I LOVE the Kemshi crab here. My mouth starts to drool everytime I think of it ^__^*. The shopping here is pretty nice too. I mean there are just some stuff you can't find back on the mainland like the japanese sushi input here is stronger here than the mainland. Waaayyy cool! Now onto the beaches since that's the real reason I came to Maui, the beaches here are amazing! I love when I find a beach where you can boogy-board, sand boarding, and sand surfing all at the same beach because those activities are all that I do. BUT FIRST, let me explain every activity so no one gets lost. Boogy-boarding is when you are in the water and you catch the waves coming in and wash up on shore on your boogy-board. Sand boarding is when when you run on the shore with your boogy board and place your board down on the shore when tyou see a wave leaving back to the ocean and there is a thin layer of water. With the thin layer of water s causes you to slide on the sand with just enough water so it doesn't spash all in your face. Now sand surfing is very similiar to sand boarding but instead in sand surfing you have what they all it here in the islands as a "skim-board" and you do exaclty the same as in boogy-boading where you place your board down when the water is leaving but you just place your skim-board down and jump onto it into a "surfing" position. (Note that when you sand surfing the "skim board" goes a lot FASTER than the sand surfing so if you fall down, it will hurt more Sometimes you find a beach where you can boogy-board with nice waves but then the water don't have the same pull back into the ocean for sand surfing or sand boarding.. But of course here in Maui I can find the beach with the right everything and I go crazy on my boards and have a blast=0)! | | |
| This weekend was such a BLAST! First off, we had a three day weekend which was so relaxing and nice=0) ! But most importantly, it was CHERI'S BIRTHDAY!!=^___^* HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHERI!!!!!!!!!!! | | |

| Hi everybody! Well I'm down to the last few days as a 19 year old... But hopefully more happy times are ahead of me in my 20th year^___^*. Cheri, Zula, and I are counting down until our next vacation in September because we are going to Maui=0) yyeaaaahhh Can't wait to hit the beach and catch some sun. I need to get a tan^__^ La Jolla was only a warm-up for Maui. I have to be careful though not to get a sun burn.. O! I just realized that I haven't even talked about our trip to La Jolla. Well it was a blast and I had tons of fun at the beach. The hotel was the same as the one that w all stayed at last year and it's right on the water so it's so easy to just waske up and head to the beach in the morning. Telila got such a BAD sun burn because on the last day, Cheri, Jason, I and the rest of the crew/cast/gate-keepers were suppose to leave at 12:00PM but Telila had to stay longer due to some other "problems" so he ended up leaving at like 10PM. But anyways, Tel forgot that he was suppose to reply the sun block after going to the water. And let me tell you, he looked like a turkey the next day I saw him at work LOL ! Afterwards, I told him that if he had left with us on the bus like he was SUPPOSE to,then he wouldn't have received such a bad sun burn hehehe! But anyways, the trip was so such fun except for Cheri's boggie-board going stolen  ! ARG !!! But in the end all smiles because the Maui trip is coming up and we can always buy other new high-end board ! | | |
| hello everyone! I know it's been like FOREVER since the last time I posted so here I am=0) We have one more week until our 3 day break yaahhooo! I can't wait. A lot of us from Ka are going to La Holla again just like last year so it's going to be pretty fun. I can't wait to feel the sand under my feet and hear the ocean waves... awwww.. so nice^___^! Oh and last weekend I got a hair cut so now it has some style =0P! Maybe I'll color it again.. Not sure yet though..
Pochacco is doing good. She's growing up but the best part is that she still looks like a puppy=0). Kuma (Jason's dog) is doing good too. But she just went through surgrey so she's a little moody=P.
Right now I'm just waiting for my parents to come home because I'm so hungry..Arg^___^* | | |
